As you may have seen on social media or heard through the grapevine, last year I started a business called It’sJustBarbs Travel. Along with teaching scuba diving, I have been booking travel and planning small group island fitness retreats around the Caribbean. After speaking with some of my travel clients I have seen a need to add another service to my business.
I’m thrilled to let you know that I’ve recently added Virtual Assistant Services as a part of my company. In case you’ve not heard about Virtual Assistance, it’s a profession where an assistant like me works in long-term and collaborative relationships (partnerships in the relationship sense) with a busy and successful person to provide the administrative support needed by that person to keep his or her business running smoothly and growing.
The “virtual” part means I work from my own home office…ANYWHERE…—technology makes that possible and practical! Seems like a perfect fit for someone like me who loves diving, traveling and working with various clients.
My ideal clients are individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies of any sort who have very busy and thriving businesses they can’t run alone anymore. It all started with booking personal, group & business travel, but I can provide so much more.
People do business with others they know, like and trust. That’s why I’m reaching out to you. If you know of anyone who might find my help useful (including yourself!), I hope you’ll let me know.
Visit my Virtual Assistant Services page more information, and you can connect with me via email (email@example.com) as well. Please let me know if you have any questions for me. I’m happy to share more info.
Thank you for the opportunity to share my excitement with you!

Irma has ripped through the Caribbean leaving total destruction in her path. I have made many friends throughout the islands and want to help as many of them and their families as I can to rebuild and buy the things they need for day to day life for themselves and their pets.
Their island homes are destinations for relaxation, adventure, and travel for people around the world. Let’s show them our support by donating, even if it is just a few dollars so that they can start to move past hard times and look forward to better times.
**If anyone is up for traveling (once it is safe to do so) to help in person please let me know. I plan to look into some travel options and assess the needs through people I know once I can get in contact with them again**
